Flower Origami

This week I made an origami flower. It was not too hard, and it didn't require a lot of materials. These are great to glue on top of presents to add some decoration.

Materials:
- 1cm by 28cm strip of paper
- glue

1.  Fold the top right corner of the paper down.

2. Roll the paper a few times then stop.

3. Fold the paper back and roll it a little.

4. Keep on doing this till you finish the paper. Every few times you roll, make sure you glue the paper together. This will gradually create a rose shape.

5. Glue the end of the paper to the flower and you are done! This is super simple and easy to do!

  1. Good idea for a post. How did you manage to make these so small??? Perhaps you could do a post on what these could be used for? Good post nonetheless.

  2. This is super cool and I love that you can make them in all different colors. I am wondering if it would work to make these a little bit bigger.

    1. Oh, I should probably add that. The longer the paper strips, the larger the rose. Thanks, Hillary!

  5. This sounds really cool and hard to do. Can you make a multi-color rose?
